50th Anniversary Cake

I made my 1st anniversary cake this past weekend for a couple at our church who were celebrating 50 years together! It was fun creating this "golden" themed cake for them and I was honored to be a part of their special day.
The cake was a carrot cake with cream cheese icing. It was covered in marshmallow fondant and decorated with sugar pearls and gold luster dust. The second photo was the cake at the church and the cake knife next to the cake was the one that the couple used at their wedding.
